Spy Hill (CSB) Change Location

If you are not from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and would like to book a room, please email ucvmrmbk@ucalgary.ca 

Please note that DVM students need to have permission to CSB 114H and 116H. If you are a DVM student that would like to book either of these rooms, please also email ucvmrmbk@ucalgary.ca about your reservation, otherwise your reservation will be canceled.

Instructions: How to book space:

  1. First Select a a Campus (Foothills or Spy Hill).

  2. Then Search by Time (if any room will work) or Search by Space (if you require a specific room).

  3. Select the room that you would like to book.

    • If you chose Search by Time, select Book Now and complete the form. Your booking is now complete.

    • If you chose Search by Space, select Show Availability and continue with the following steps.

  4. It is suggested to use the Week View (calendar format) to search for future dates.

  5. Scroll down to the time you require. Click on the green (available) time that you would like to start your booking.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Select the time (from the dropdown menu) that you would like your session to end.

  7. Click on Submit Times.

  8. Fill out the form with your Name and Email to complete the Booking.

  9. You will receive an email confirmation that your booking is now complete.
