UCVM Room Bookings

Welcome to UCVM’s room booking system! The following rooms are bookable up to 365 days in advance. For recurring bookings, which reset every academic term or if you need additional assistance with the LibCal software, please contact UCVMsupport@ucalgary.ca.

Important: if you are NOT a UCVM staff, student, or faculty member, please contact ucvmrmbk@ucalgary.ca to book UCVM space.

Housekeeping reminders: When done using a room, please return it to its original configuration (replace chairs and tables). If you no longer need the room, ensure you cancel your booking so others can use the space.

Spy Hill (CSB & VLC)
